Accenture and du have signed a five-year contract to collaborate on the Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) of du’s IT landscape. The partnership aims to enhance du’s flexibility and predictability by adopting new processes and operating models aligned with industry best practices. This will help break silos, accelerate product launches, and improve efficiency.
Accenture will also assist du in adopting emerging technologies such as generative AI and advanced analytics to support its digital-first strategy and business goals.
Fahad Al Hassawi, CEO of du, emphasized that this partnership will boost agility, foster innovation, and provide more customer-centric solutions.
Omar Boulos, CEO of Accenture Middle East, added that the collaboration will drive digital transformation and strengthen the region’s technology landscape.
