Nokia has announced that Zain KSA has deployed Nokia Deepfield Cloud Intelligence across its network, covering more than 100 cities in Saudi Arabia. The technology provides real-time visibility into network traffic and applications, helping Zain KSA improve service performance, troubleshooting and network efficiency.
As data consumption continues to grow across Saudi Arabia, driven by video streaming, cloud services, AI workloads and digital applications, telecom operators need greater visibility into network performance. Nokia’s cloud-native analytics platform helps Zain KSA identify congestion and latency issues proactively and optimize high-bandwidth services.
The solution includes Deepfield Cloud Genome, Nokia’s continuously updated map of the internet, which identifies applications and services across more than 30 categories using more than 100 AI and machine-learning rules.
According to Zain KSA, the deployment will provide deeper insights into traffic patterns, support more precise network optimization and help deliver a more reliable digital experience for consumers and businesses.
The platform also provides a data foundation to support advanced analytics, AI applications and new digital services, supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation and Vision 2030 goals.
“As digital demand grows in scale and complexity, network intelligence is essential to delivering consistently reliable experiences to our customers,” said Sultan Mohammad Alsabhan, Vice President of Technology Operations at Zain KSA.
Nokia said the deployment will help Zain KSA improve service quality, optimize network investments and accelerate its transition toward a software-driven, AI-ready network.
